Delivery & Returns
Please note, due to the current covid 19 outbreak we are now dispatching orders once a week so it may take longer than usual to ship your parcel.
Our delivery rates are as follows:
UK Standard: £3.00
UK Orders over £45: Free
UK Tracked & Signed: £6.60
Europe Standard: £12.10
Europe Tracked & Signed: £17.88
North America: £17.80
North America Tracked & Signed: £22.00
Rest of the world: You will be invoiced separately for shipping after you place your order. If you would like an estimated shipping price prior to check out please email us at email@example.com with your location and a description of your intended order (fabrics, lengths etc) and if you would like tracked and signed for option or not.
You will be responsible for any customs charges.
Please note that the increase in price for the Tracked & Signed for service does not affect the standard dispatch times. This option provides the ability to track your order and will require someone to be available to sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Only tracking while your parcel is in the UK is guaranteed, tracking outside the UK depends on your country's postal service.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders will be posted via Royal Mail.
We make every effort to provide clear and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our products. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
We can only accept returns on cut lengths of fabric in the unlikely event that it is damaged during shipping. Please contact us within three working days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You are responsible for ensuring the returned goods reach us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
